The Role:
* Managing a close knit sales team, covering business in Scotland across a specific sector of the market.
* You will be responsible for managing a sales budget and setting targets in line with the objectives of the businesses.
* You will be motivating, managing and developing your team to achieve, whilst leading the way via personal key account management.
* You will forge and maintain strong working relationships with the operational team, demonstrating a cohesive and inclusive strategy.
The Person:
* First and foremost you will have proven sales management skills, from a solution/service sales background.
* Ideally having experience in the waste industry, you should also have a working knowledge of chemicals, and an appreciation of environmental hazards.
* You should be able to demonstrate a background of problem solving, and the people skills to drive a team forward.
* You will need to be based in Central Scotland.
The Package:
* Up to £35,000 basic
* OTE Circa £40,000
* Fully expensed company car
* Home office package
* Pension scheme and company benefits package
* Company and industry specific training
