GRADUATE EMC SALES ENGINEER
£16-20K + BONUS + PENSION + FULL TRAINING
THE COMPANY
Well established as one of the UK's leading providers of EMC testing, the business continues to go from strength to strength. As a result of another good performance this year the business is looking to grow their team of EMC Sales Engineers ready for 2012.
THE ROLE
As a Graduate EMC Sales Engineer you will spend 6 months in the lab shadowing other EMC engineers and being trained up to conduct EMC tests yourself. Once you are ready you will be moved into the office where you will be responsible for the internal support of all customers. Office based, you will be reacting to incoming enquiries for EMC testing over phone, fax and email. You will speaking to EMC test engineers and managers, fact finding around what their product is and what they are trying to achieve through EMC testing. You will be trained to be able to make an assessment as to what standard they need and therefore what testing. Then you will quote, process through the IT system and forward on to the client. You will then need to keep in touch with the customer and continue to follow up until the customer is ready to order.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Graduate EMC Sales Engineer will have the following;
1. An electrical or electronic engineering degree
2. A desire to learn and develop a career in sales with a rapidly expanding business.
3. Good communication and IT skills
