European Sales Distribution Manager Instrumentation

THE ROLE
European sales distribution manager required by a market leading manufacturer of instrumentation products. This fantastic sales opportunity will involve managing a distribution network throughout the UK and Europe, evaluating their performances, and developing marketing plans, as well as conducting dual visits with your distributors to their clients throughout industries including food, pharmaceutical, plastics, minerals and glass. You will also need to identify and appoint new distributors in both under performing and new countries in order to increase sales through the distribution channel.

This company is a global leading manufacturer of instrumentation products, with a £multi-million turnover. Due to an imminent retirement they are looking for a new member to their distribution sales team. Excellent career development opportunities are available throughout this group for successful people.
THE CANDIDATE
·Successful track record in a recent business to business sales role.
·Excellent relationship builder.
·Experienced in developing European distributor networks.
·Technical / Engineering sales experience.
·Excellent communication and presentation skills.
·Charismatic and enthusiastic.
THE PACKAGE
Basic Salary: up to £45,000
Commission: £60,000 OTE
