Recruitment Consultants or Trainee Recruitment Consultants Based Reading, Berkshire.

We are looking for people from Engineering, sales, marketing or recruitment backgrounds  (or even raw graduates) that are looking to make a career in the fast paced, highly paid recruitment business with a well established professional company with great training and development programmes.

These opportunities are for serious players? Interested?  The foundations of our clients resourcing success are its staff. Our client is looking to strengthen their teams of Recruitment consultants and is looking for dynamic, articulate individuals, who are persuasive and competitive. We are in Engineering and industrial recruitment but previous industry sector experience isn't a must, simply the right attitude and a desire to succeed.  Our client really looks for people with a need to earn money who are truly tenacious.  Raw graduates will be considered if they have that extra spark as will those with a proven sales background (good sales people can be molded into great recruitment consultants) or existing recruiters with a proven billing record.

Uncapped commission and realistic targets are coupled with some of the most generous performance-related bonuses in the recruitment industry. With a career development programme which is second to none, successful consultants are rewarded with further responsibility and salary increases as soon as they are ready. Basic Salary £20k dep on location

Ote £30k - £70k (£30k is achievable in year 1)
