Area Sales Manager Rotating Machinery, Supply/Reconditioning. The Company. My Client has been operating from the existing site for over 50 years; they are a long established supplier of both new and reconditioned industrial pumps, gearboxes and transmissions to every aspect of industry. They have one of the largest stocks of gear units and spares in the UK along with extensive workshop facilities making them uniquely positioned to repair and replace. The Role. This is a home based role covering the South West. Suitable candidates will be responsible for selling the companies range of services into all sectors including Manufacturing, Water & Quarrying. Level of contact will vary, but will include production and maintenance managers as well as plant and process engineers. The Person. The ideal candidate will have a strong field sales background and preferably have experience of selling Rotating Gearboxes, Machinery. You will need to be self motivated, organised, driven to succeed, hands on, willing to get your hands dirty and get involved. You must have a clean driving licence. The Package. Basic salary ranges from £25,000 - £40,000 depending on experience. Commission Scheme. Company Car. Expenses. Relocation costs covered if necessary.
