Brief job description:My Client is one of the major suppliers of gas detection equipment to a range of industries world-wide and has a well earned reputation for supplying exceptionally high quality, robust and reliable gas detection instruments.

They have, in recent years, demonstrated sustained growth and profitability and, as part of their continuing drive to build the company, they wish to recruit an accomplished Sales Engineer to cover Scotland and Ireland.

The role consists of selling their range of portable and fixed gas detection systems throughout Scotland and Ireland. The successful candidate will be required to secure orders from both new and existing customers in a wide range of applications and industries in line with a pre-agreed sales target.

Key Responsibilities

• To achieve sales targets.
• To visit a variety of customers across Scotland and Ireland to promote their products.

Skills/Experience

• Previous sales experience selling technology products essential.
• Gas detection or instrumentation experience advantageous.
