Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Internal Sales Executive required to join White Recruitment in Fratton, Portsmouth.
Applications for the Trainee Recruitment Consultant vacancy are particularly sought from candidates with B2B or B2C sales experience in a target orientated business and GCSE C or higher in Maths & English. A graduate with sales experience is preferred.
The Role:
We have Trainee Recruitment Consultant vacancies various divisions: Technical, HVAC & Building Services, Renewables, Supply Chain & Manufacturing and Healthcare to recruit UK wide for permanent recruitment.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will receive on the job training from day one.
This is a telephone and email based sales and customer service role
It will involve calling candidates to interview them
Calling companies to tele-market relevant candidates to them (this is not high pressure sales and considered targeted telemarketing rather than cold calling)
Email marketing of candidates to companies
Advertising vacancies online
Searching job websites for candidates to match vacancies
Account management of clients & vacancies
Casual dress code and relaxed office environment

Essential requirements:
You must live in Portsmouth to apply for this role
Stable work history and tenure in previous positions
Have a good educational background to at GCSE grade C English & Maths
At least 6 months target orientated sales experience
Be a natural communicator with an inquisitive nature and not afraid to work outside their comfort zone.
Good IT skills using MS Word, MS Exel & Outlook.
Possible backgrounds include: estate agent, banking, telecoms, mobile phones, recruitment, insurance, telesales.
Package: negotiable starting salary to £18K, realistic OTE of £25K in first year
(£25K - £30K OTE 2nd year, rising thereafter)
