Vision Sales Services is a specialist consultancy helping clients with recruitment and training.
Based in Rugby one of our current clients is a leading professional membership organisation and are well established with an excellent reputation.
They are now looking for a Membership Development Manager to lead their key account management strategy, managing a sales and marketing team (two personnel based off site) to implement membership development campaigns and sell associated services.
You will have a track record of managing sales and marketing functions in complex commercial environments, understand the key account sales process and have the confidence and ability to lead your team to deliver challenging membership growth targets. A confident communicator and presenter, you will also be able to monitor, evaluate and implement commercial decisions based on analysis of data.
The company is an international organisation and there will be opportunities for travel within the UK, and potentially further afield.

The basic salary is between £30,000 and £45,000 depending on experience. A mileage allowance or use of a hire car is provided.
