Job Description

Business Development Manager (Ref: SS233)
Salary: £45-55k + benefits package
Location: North West

Our client, Mono Pumps, is primed to become the "One Stop Shop" for a wide range of wear parts. In line with their continuing evolution, strategically located manufacturing and distribution centres have been set up to provide focal points of contact in key domestic & international markets. Mono is looking for a results-driven sales professional to push this important part of the business forward as the potential for global impact in this market hots up.

Your role will be to inspire, lead and grow the Global Parts Team and to truly exploit the massive potential to grow sales. You will give strategic direction and implement effective marketing and sales techniques, focusing on this unique niche market for after-market spares. You are a proven business winner and leader, probably with experience of selling engineered products into the process industries and who can open doors, close deals and understands value-added selling. You will be confident at establishing, developing and closing sales opportunities and have real drive and determination for success. You will be supported with our full product training package.
