Customer Sales and Service Representative - Industrial Fasteners

THE COMPANY: With a background of nearly forty years of successful trading, this company is currently recruiting a new customer services rep for their North West office. They sell a range of industrial fasteners into a diverse range of customers including medical, automotive and industrial manufacturers.

THE ROLE: You will be office based and predominantly handle incoming calls from buyers and owners of existing customers. They are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a good commercial or customer services background. Full product training is provided and you will benefit from working in a tight-knit and enthusiastic team.

THE PACKAGE:

• Basic Salary - £16,500-19,000 Basic
• Commission - + £1,500 Bonus
• Benefits - Pension, 22 days holidays.
