Major Modernisation Sales Manager - Modernisation Services

World Wide Market Leader: Operating on a global basis for many years and specialising in the manufacture of a range of lifts and escalators amongst other related products, this company is at the forefront of their sector. This role specifically concentrates on the sales of lift modernisation services, predominantly into existing customers.

The Role: You will be selling to M&E Consultants as well as liaising with some end users. You will be fully responsible for business development throughout the region dealing with projects from conception to completion. You will work alongside the new equipment sales team to maximise opportunities and grow market share within the sector. It is essential that you have experience in construction based sales within the lifts sector and have a good working knowledge of fire standards etc. Additionally you must be commercially astute and able to work from your own initiative to drive this position forward. Basic salary and earning potential are excellent.

THE PACKAGE:

• Basic Salary - £36,000 Basic
• Commission - + £6-8,000
• Company Car- Fully Expensed Choice of Company Car
