Business Development Manager - Hydraulic Winches

THE ROLE:
A field based business development position with one of the market leaders of hydraulic winches and marine deck machinery. The role is based in Scotland and will cover a UK and international territory selling into a range of industries specifically offshore, oil & gas and marine. The position will require an in depth knowledge of selling into these markets with existing contacts a plus. The sales role is of a technical nature and will involve a mixture of generating new business whilst also managing existing accounts. Knowledge of export sales and a language would also be desirable.

THE CANDIDATE:
· Must have experience of selling into oil & gas.
· Preferable to have experience of selling into marine and offshore.
· Experience of selling into the international market.
· Strong relationship builder.
· Ability to self-generate new business.
· Professional in approach to managing key accounts.
