Graduate Sales Assistant - West London

Our client is an established water treatment company. They are opening up a graduate position within their sales department based in their West London offices.
This position requires a well organised, self motivated character whose main purpose is to support the existing sales team in actively achieving profitable sales for the Division and the Company.
The successful candidate will need to present themselves professionally and tidily at all times; communicate in an open, clear and timely manner; continuously look to generate new leads and help to create and maintain a positive team spirit with all members of staff.
This role is key to achieve divisional sales targets and also allows the individual a strong foundation to progress within the company

The successful candidate must be friendly, approachable and energetic and be able to communicate with all types and all ages in the sales team and within the organisation.
A well motivated individual who can participate effectively in a team environment and use initiative to meet own personal targets as well as those of the Division.
Complete dedication will be necessary and so there must be a willingness to go the extra mile in order to deliver high standards.
The individual must be reliable and honest whilst loyalty is also essential.
Good customer service skills and an attention to detail in all areas are absolutely vital.

Requirements for the Graduate Sales Assistant role;

Educated to degree level.
Own transport and licence.
Eligable to work in the UK/EU.
Very good written and verbal communication skills.

Although this role is initially sales based, opportunities exist within the company for progression.
