A driven and motivated Field Sales Engineer is required to sell pallet racking, shelving, cantilever solutions for a well established company. With a turnover of £78million, this company has plans to grow pallet sales to 30million this year. All applicants must have sold solutions with proven success. Field Sales Engineer Pallet Racking & Related Products Sales JOB TITLE: Field Sales Engineer. AREA: North. BASED: Northumberland, Cumbria, Lancashire, Newcastle and Sunderland. BASIC: £27K. OTE: £43K. BENEFITS: Executive car, stakeholder pension, 25 days holiday allowance, mobile phone and laptop. THE ROLE ·A driven and motivated Field Sales Engineer is required to sell pallet racking, shelving, cantilever solutions for a well established company. ·The successful candidate will be working in a small dynamic team. ·The Field Sales Engineer will be based in the office 1 day a month and will be looking after new business accounts. ·Business will be sourced from a large database of businesses and leads passed from the telesales team, 30% of this is existing accounts and 70% being new business. Full product training is provided. ·The Field Sales Engineer will be dealing with all markets at all levels. ·The average order value will be £900K with the Field Sales Engineer meeting a target of £175K in year 1. ·An induction will be given in Telford as well training in this field. ·The average sales cycle is 1 to 3 months. THE COMPANY ·Well Established, this company pride themselves on the quality of their product and service. ·With a turnover of £78million, this company has plans to grow pallet sales to 30million this year. ·The Field Sales Engineer will be working with 7 sales people. KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ·All applicants must have sold solutions with proven success. ·Experienced sales executives will flourish in this role. ·Any sales in conveyors, materials handling, partitioning, mezzanine flooring, large capital equipment will be considered for this role. ·All applicants must be confident in dealing with technical professionals consulting at all levels. ·Autocad experience will be beneficial for this role.
