Senior Recruitment Consultant Watford
21-25k base, 40k OTE + excellent benefits
Founded in 1990, our client has grown to become a leading player in the engineering based recruitment sector, capable of delivering a broad spectrum of experienced engineering staff through their specialist Rail, Building Services, Electronics and Communications Divisions. Due to continued growth across the business they now have an exciting opening for an experienced recruitment consultant to join a successful team based in Watford.
As an experienced and senior consultant you will develop and expand upon existing business opportunities within major accounts whilst also focusing on the generation of new relationships within the corporate sector. The role will cover both client and candidate management working on both perm and contract assignments throughout the UK. This is a hands on recruitment role that offers unlimited earning potential for those who desire truly uncapped commissions.
The ideal candidate will posses a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience preferable from within an engineering / technical focussed arena. Although application will be excepted form technically minded individuals with 2+ years general recruitment experience. You will be a team player, posses strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to account manage national recruitment campaigns.
The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 21-25k (dependent upon experience) with an uncapped OTE of 40k in the first year. In addition there is a generous incentive and benefits package available.
