The Role
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for covering the East Midlands and East Anglia territory. The expectation will be to perform on both a new business and account management basis generating growth in line with company goals. Using sound technical knowledge the Sales Engineer will be able to converse with a range of contacts from the shop floor to the board room. The Sales Engineer will be used to both high and low value orders requiring flexibility and adaptability.
The Person
The Sales Engineer will be a tenacious, hard working individual who can work independently. Knowledge of Electrical or Electronic engineering, to at least HNC standard, will be vital to the sales engineer's success within this fantastic British manufacturer. The Sales Engineer will need to utilise their excellent relationship building skills in order to maintain the high profile accounts already on the territory.
The Reward
The Sales Engineer will find themselves given substantial training on products and company systems. The company will also provide external training courses to increase the Sales Engineer's skill set. Various routes of progression will be available including product manager and marketing manager on top of a range of positions through the group. The Sales Engineer will be remunerated:
28-30k - 40kote uncapped - Passatt/Audi - BUPA - Pension - Mobile - Laptop
