Job Description

A Sales Manager is required to identify, develop new customers, through the acquisition of maintenance and inspection service contracts.

The successful applicant will cover the rorthern region. It is expected that the person will live in the territory.

The essential attributes we are looking for are: -

·A proven track record in regional sales management.

·A proven track record in new business development (it is 100% new business development role).

·A totally customer focused, enthusiastic and dynamic individual.

·Someone who likes hard work and shows the determination to succeed in a very competitive market place.

·A dedicated team player.

·A high level of computer literacy

Its is desirable that the person is familiar with lifting businesses, though this is not essential.

The successful applicant must be prepared to travel extensively throughout the region, which will include nights away.Flexibility in working hours is a prerequisite to the position, this is not a 8.30 to 4.30 role.

The job will be based from home, remuneration package will include: achievable bonus scheme, contributory pension, life assurance, Health Income Protection Scheme, company car, laptop computer, and mobile telephone.

Ongoing training and development will be tailored to fit the successful applicants needs.

Applicants must hold a full valid driving licence.
