East Midlands Area Sales Engineer,  control & automation components working for a well established and expanding business, Basic up to £35K DOE plus Car plus Rewards package and Benefits

Position: Area Sales Engineer
Location: East Midlands
Products: PLC's HMI's VSD's and all control components range

Our Client has a requirement for an Area Sales Engineer. Due to expansion of the current sales team,  the Company are seeking an East Midlands based Sales Engineer to continue the growth of business from existing and new customers. You will be building upon existing accounts alongside all new business development, selling the Company's full portfolio of control & automation products and components including Programmable Logic Controllers, Human Machine Interfaces, Variable Speed Drives and all other control gear and switchgear components mainly to Systems Integrators, OEM's & End Users across all industry sectors.

As the successful candidate, you will have good and current knowledge of PLC's, VSD's, are likely to be currently an Area Sales Engineer or Area Sales Manager within the Electrical components sector, you will have a strong and successful technical sales background.

Technical qualifications to ONC/HNC standard or above in an Electrical/Electronic Engineering discipline is likely, however candidate able to illustrate experience and technical ability of the controls industry and components may be considered.
