A leading engineering company are looking for a Sales & Proposals Engineer, this role would either a recent graduate or qualified engineer to minimum HND level with proposals experience.



This is an interesting and demanding role, which is crucial to promoting the Company and products and ultimately winning new business. Using your strong communication skills and proficiency in Word, Excel and Access, you will liaise with customers, deal with technical enquires and prepare quotations, tenders and estimates.





Key Responsibilities:



- Design & Selection of Equipment

- Sales Proposals preparation and costings

- Order negotiations

- Communication with internal departments and Worldwide suppliers

- Occasional travel UK and Oversees to clients



Preferably qualified to degree/HNC level in an engineering discipline ideally process engineer, chemical engineering or mechanical engineering background, you will be enthusiastic and self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative. Knowledge of industrial boiler plant and associated controls would be an advantage



The salary for the role is 20k-27k+ benefits and excellent scope for career progression.
