An expanding client specialising in the installation and maintenance of commercial mechanical services, heating, cooling and ventilation systems is seeking a Heating and Ventilation Sales and Business Development Manager to join their expanding team. They provide a high quality, valued based solutions with a focus on service excellence.
As a Business Development Manager you will:
Be responsible for working with end user clients and their professional teams, design organisations including consultants, surveyors, architects, preferred building contractors, project managers and property developers. Prospect, qualify, manage and close a diverse range of mechanical engineering service bids and to negotiate profitable and fully compliant commercial solutions.
The ideal Business Development Manager will hold the following skills and experiences:
A strong background in sales of heating and ventilation solutions with a long history of over achieving sales targets. Commercially astute with an engineering or technical background with a market knowledge of the construction industry. Ability to develop sales and action plans against targets. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work as part of a client focused team. Good computer skills using word and excel documents. Ability to read and apply technical project specifications and construction drawings.
In return you will receive a salary of £45000 - £50000 depending on skills and experiences plus a Bonus, Car, Laptop, Phone and Pension.
