Field Sales Engineer Industrial Control/Safety Products
Field/home based, covering North Lancashire, Cumbria and Scotland
£20,000 - £28,000 DOE OTE £30,000+ Uncapped Plus Car, Mobile, Laptop, Pension

Our client is a leading technical distributor of automation, process control and machinery safety products from a number of leading manufacturers. An opportunity has now arisen for a Field Sales Engineer to join their team.

This role would suit a qualified electrical engineer, who either has sales experience or is looking to develop their career into a sales role within a well established business.

As a Field Sales Engineer you will be responsible for targeting an established base of OEMs, system integrators, panel builders and end-users, developing new and existing accounts in North Lancashire, Cumbria and Scotland.

This will involve selling a range of industrial control and machinery safety products from manufacturers such as Mitsubishi, Sick, Pepperl & Fuchs, Siemens and Pilz.

To be considered for this position, you must have a formal qualification, such as City & Guilds, BTEC etc, in electrical engineering. Experience of selling industrial control and/or safety products would also be an advantage, but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Additionally, as the Field Sales Engineer you should be well organised, self-motivated and able to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
