The Role
The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for the commercial performance of the business in its commercial and design side. Dealing with external businesses while managing the team the Sales and Marketing Manager will be expected to liaise on both a UK and European level. By leading the team the Sales and Marketing Manager will set the pace by developing his own business in addition to coaching and developing his own team.
The Person
The Sales and Marketing Manager will be a strong sales person with coming from an electrical or electronic background of at least HNC level. With strong communication skills and commercial experience the Sales and Marketing Manager will be able to guide, lead and develop an enthusiastic team. Using their technical know how the Sales and Marketing Manager will continue to grow and nurture the company's key accounts.
