Graduate Sales Engineer - Internal - Technical Sales
Package: 26-28k + 15% pension + health care + life assurance
The Company
This market leading, global brand compete with industry leaders such as ABB and Siemens. Manufacturing instrumentation and analysis equipment the company have a reputation for their outstanding quality and consistent R and D. With business growing rapidly the company have seen figures in excess of 15%. Due to this expansion they need to add two graduate sales engineers to the team.
The Role
Selling into Oil and Gas, Marine, Petrochem, Steel and many other sectors you will be supporting a territory that is already performing ahead of target. Selling on a consultative basis into process and maintenance engineers, you will need to be adept at building technical relationships through effective fact finding and problem solving. A reactive role will see the Sales Engineer use their technical knowledge and skills to provide an effective, comprehensive solution for the customer.
The Person
The suitable Sales Engineer will need to have at least a HNC in mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering, a passion for technical products and someone who strives for personal and customer satisfaction. An eagerness to learn about sales and an enthusiasm for progression to a management role will be integral to the successful Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be a UK resident or have at least a HSMP visa.
The Reward
The Sales Engineer will be provided with comprehensive training and on-going development. Success in the role will lead to increased remuneration and progression into a product specialist role.
