COMMERCIAL MECHANICAL ENGINEER - M & E CONTRACTING, HEATING, ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION, ELECTRICAL TESTING & MAINTENANCE      

  

Location:         UK

Package:         £30,000 to £50,000, Bonus, Car Allowance, Pension Scheme, Health Insurance, Life Assurance, Mobile Phone and 22 Days Holiday

  

A COMMERCIAL MECHANICAL ENGINEER - M & E CONTRACTING, HEATING, ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION, ELECTRICAL TESTING & MAINTENANCE is required by my client.  They are a forward thinking organisation that is instantly recognisable as a Strong Player in their field as they set the standards within the market with their exceptional premium quality service.  They also feel it is a great time to join the organisation as the company is growing and developing in a very impressive manner. 

They are looking for someone who has exceptional TECHNICAL knowledge of M & E CONTRACTING or someone who is well versed within the HEATING, ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION or ELECTRICAL TESTING & MAINTENANCE sectors.  Ideally you will have experience of WORKING ON THE TOOLS' and of working in a SUPERVISORY capacity so as to have developed you're technical knowledge and if you have any DESIGN experience it would be a bonus.

As a COMMERCIAL MECHANICAL ENGINEER - M & E CONTRACTING, HEATING, ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION, ELECTRICAL TESTING & MAINTENANCE, you will be a part of the Estimating Team, you will split you're time between the office and out in the field and you will also get involved with working with the Commercial Team and accompanying them on Client Visits.  The Project Values you will be working on will range between £50,000 and £8,000,000 and you will be working with clients including MAIN CONTRACTORS, LOCAL AUTHORITIES, ARCHITECTS & SPECIFIERS AND QUANTITY SURVEYORS.

You must possess an exceptional TECHNICAL knowledge of M & E CONTRACTING, experience within either the HEATING, ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION or ELECTRICAL TESTING & MAINTENANCE sectors.  Ideally you will have experience of WORKING ON THE TOOLS' and of working in a SUPERVISORY capacity so as to have developed you're technical knowledge and if you have any DESIGN experience it would be a bonus.  The company require applicants who are Professional, Hands On, have Good Communication skills, have Strong Technical knowledge and are Hard Working.  They also look for people who have an Attention to Detail, can Think Outside the Box, are Credible and Confident, have a strong Commercial Acumen and who have the Ability to Demonstrate that they can Make a Difference.
