Business Development Manager
£32k to £35k - 14k - 6k car allowance - Mobile - Laptop - Pension - Healthcare
How many businesses can boast 30% growth each year for the last five? Established fifty years ago this engineering consultancy are looking to add to their already successful team. Turning over around £35m this company employ over 500 people. With 12 divisions this role will be in their high achieving Mechatronics division.
This role will focus on the development of business to a variety of arenas including mechanical, Electronic, and Artificial Intelligence. With the company expecting to double turnover by 2010 you will be a person driven to succeed and share in the companies achievements.
You will target specific customers and be capable of effective fact finding to understand the clients needs and concerns. As a team player you will be involved in the development of a tangible solution for the client and then present and close for business. Your understanding of the market place and technical understanding will be integral to your success in this role. You will:
" Be a commercial sales engineer

" Consultative person with Mechanical or Electronic understanding
The potential to progress in this role is impressive. You will be in a position to move into management within 12-18 months providing you perform.
