The Internal Sales Engineer role will involve selling a range of service contracts into the Power industry across the Midlands. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the role will be responsible for: 1. Achieving month, quarter & annual service sales targets 2. Managing their personal monthly success plans 3. Account management of existing accounts - typically FM's. Support to renegotiations where invited by customer care team. 4. CRM Management of the complete sales process and opportunity pipeline 5. Surveying, developing, pricing, tendering, negotiating and handover of opportunities Applicants should be customer focused and orientated, positive & hungry. We're keen to speak to excellent communicators with a can do attitude who are capable of meeting tough targets and not phased by cold calling. Candidates will need to be creative and prepared to consider new ideas. We're looking for people with a desire to achieve, improve and develop. The candidate will need to be strong technically as well as being commutable distance to an office as the role is predominantly office based.
