Our client is a well known global B2B organisation with a superb opportunity for a Communications Manager to join the business. You'll be responsible for planning, developing and managing the implementation of both internal and external communications activities in like with business needs. Key duties will include:
-Develop strategic and tactical internal and external communications plans in conjunction with the heads of specialist communications disciplines
-Communicate the vision and strategy developed by the management team and develop messaging that will positively influence internal stakeholders
-Recommend, enable and influence communications by developing an understanding of customer needs and expectations, key organisations and trade bodes, and action through the appropriate channel
-Ensure all communications are consistent and in line with the global brand values
-Collaborate with other UK communications colleagues to identify best practice and champion team working.
The ideal candidate will have considerable experience particularly within Internal Communications but also Marketing Communications. You'll be capable of working independently and in conjunction with key stakeholders at all levels and have strong organisational skills.
