Job:
As a sales engineer you will be selling electrical process instrumentation that measures things such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, liquid and solid levels within pipes, tanks process systems. You will be selling to end user, specifier and panel builder/installer clients within the general process and OEM sectors. In this role you will call on firms in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage-manufacturing sector, there are also applications for specialist solid products like cement and aggregates. The role is largely account management focused and the area is currently hitting its target.

Person:
Ideally you will have a mechanical or electrical engineering background, although my client would look at practical experience or qualifications. You must be experienced in sales and be able to make a technical sale. My client wants experience of process end user clients with strong all round commercial skills. Specific knowledge of instrumentation products would be useful but is not essential.

Basic £40,000OTE: £50,000
