Job Description

Now required for a company who provide objective management systems and tools including Psychometric tests, which help organisations recruit, retain , develop and train their people.

Trainee Sales Executive/ Trainee Account Manager                   Ref ; WM 371

Package:      Basic circa £16k to £18k ,  with excellent additional bonus potential increasing substantially as targets are met. The role does not come with a car however a leased car and an altered basic package is a possibility , mileage expenses are reimbursed + normal benefits

  

                                                                              

Area / location:        UK , Several Areas including South East/ Thames Valley, North West, West Midlands ,London based out of company offices in Covent Garden,  and others

There are a number of roles in different parts of the UK.

Product:       Behavioural/aptitude assessments offering genuine HR solutions. Including Psychometric Tests .

Our client is seeking driven , self starters , capable of working on their own initiative , who can actively identify and develop new business opportunities . You must be goal orientated, assertive , self confident and independent.

You are not required to have previous Field sales experience since this is Trainee Sales role, however you will require the personal attributes and competencies to be successful in a sales career and a real desire to move into Sales.

They offer a working environment with freedom and independence. An opportunity to use your own initiative and real scope to increase your earnings in years two and three and beyond. As your area progresses then the split of the role will gradually move to more account management .

Region ;            UK, including South East / Thames Valley ,Birmingham/West Midlands, North West London and others.

Major Responsibilities

• To sell Companies Products and services and to achieve sales budgets as determined by the company.
• To maintain performance standards
• To create and develop a growing portfolio of sales clients and to improve client retention rates
• To attend networking events on a regular basis and to create lead generation.
• To contribute to and follow company direction and objectives.

Essential Qualities ;      

Goal orientated , Self Confident , Assertive , Driven and Independent.

  Good communication and Inter personal skills.

Opportunities also exist for recent Graduates with a desire for a career in sales, or HR professionals who now would like to move into a Field sales role selling an HR management system.
