A varied and challenging position has arisen for a Branch Manager to oversee a flagship education branch for a national niche market recruitment company.
The continued growth of this well established, branch has been built on managing client and candidate expectations and a reputation in providing unrivalled customer care to a large portfolio of major blue chip clients.
You will join a vibrant, busy and professional team, who are currently sharing some great successes and be responsible for their coaching and development, whilst developing new and existing business relationships for the branch.
You may be a Senior Consultant looking for the next step on the recruitment ladder, or a Branch Manager seeking a new challenge, whatever your situation you would benefit from comprehensive training and support during your move.
Your main duties will be:
· Constantly using creative marketing techniques to increase awareness of our clients brand to both candidates and clients
· Use of effective business development techniques, to bring on new, and enhance your existing clients
· Manage the recruitment and induction processes for new starters.
· Review staff performance on a regular basis, providing support and coaching where required.
· Ensure all staff are achieving their personal sales targets, and meeting all necessary levels of service, and quality
· Ensure that clients and applicants constantly receive an expected level of service
· Ensure all administration and legal requirements are met to company standard
The ideal candidate will be sales focused, with a commercial awareness, and have proven managerial/senior consultant experience within recruitment, this could be in any sector.
You should have first class, customer service skills, conducting yourself in a confident and professional, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues alike.
You will be required to coach and mentor the Consultants and so you will need to have excellent communication skills and lead by example.
This opportunity would suit someone who can work well under pressure, who is self motivated and driven, with a positive attitude to work.
