Business Development Manager AV Solutions
40-45k Base, 52-57k OTE + Excellent Benefits

One of Europe's leading and largest independent providers of IT infrastructure services and solutions now seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to cover Audio Visual sales into the education sector. With one of the largest portfolios covering consulting, networking, hardware, software and training they are well positioned to meet the need of both private and public sector accounts.
As a Business Development Manager focused on the Audio Visual market, your key responsibilities will be new business focused. Covering a large territory and with access to a growing portfolio of products and solutions you will identify and qualify new revenue streams and opportunities within the higher and further education sectors.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years previous client facing AV related sales experience or a solution sales background with prior experience of selling into education. You will be technically proficient, sell at a strategic level; understand buying criteria and posses the communication and presentation skills to liaise at every level. You will also have excellent self management skills as this role requires autonomy, accountability and responsibility.
The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 40-45k dependent upon experience with an uncapped OTE of 52-57k plus an additional and generous benefits package.
