Job Description

Our client is a leading global company at the forefront of accelerated on line training.

This successful, exciting, fast paced business is expanding rapidly and requires consummate sales professionals to initiate, sell and deliver language solutions within international corporate environments. This role is based in London with international travel.

As a Business Development Manager you will be accountable and responsible for delivering multi £m revenue from high profile clients, working consultatively and strategically to create opportunities, deliver solutions and manage an existing key account portfolio. You will provide creative solutions, have an in-depth knowledge of today's e-learning environment, driving the global corporate business.

Successful applicants will be exceptional sales people and on the way up in their current organisations, selling within the B2B market and have proven experience of collaborating and personally creating new business opportunities. Managing client relationships both in the UK and overseas you will be passionate, successful, autonomous, and thrive on pace and results. A minimum second language is desirable however not essential, the ideal applicant must demonstrate a proven network (ideally within HR) and track record of success within recognised, successful organisations.

You will be a consummate sales professional, ideally educated to a minimum of degree level, with an entrepreneurial, energetic, self driven and consultative approach.  You will thrive in an exciting cosmopolitan culture, where international travel and results are acknowledged and rewarded. Successful candidates will have outstanding interpersonal skills, with an entrepreneurial style and pioneering attitude. You are driven by success and nothing less.
