Business Development Director

Location - London, South East, South West, Northern Home Counties, Southern Home Counties

Salary - Dependant on experience

As the Business Development Director, you will have responsibility for the global sales of this well established, yet rapidly expanding player in the International Education sector.  This market is arguably already the UK's third largest export; it continues to expand exponentially as well as attracting major internal investment.

Reporting to the Managing Director and leading a team of over 20, this highly autonomous role will oversee the creation and implementation of sales and marking strategies as well as having significant input into organisational planning. Fundamental to this positions success is maintaining our client's 20-25% growth rate per annum. This growth is possible as our client has a unique market proposition; offering the students premium quality accredited courses with leading I.T. infrastructure, excellent standards of accommodation, all at a highly affordable price.

Subject to positive performance and successful development into the role, this position offers real career prospects of becoming Managing Director. Candidates must have a proven track record in international sales of high value services, excellent stakeholder management skills, vision to create global sales strategies & tactics, and the self-confidence to thrive in a highly collaborative yet challenging management culture.
