Sales Executive / Membership Sales Executive 

We are looking for a performance, results-driven Membership Sales Executive to join our professional and talented membership sales team.

47 Park Street - Grand Residences by Marriott is the first luxury residence members club in London.  Membership offers an intelligent option to second home ownership or hotel stays.

Our Members enjoy a luxurious Mayfair residence for flexible and convenient usage without the capital outlay and commitment of owning a property outright.  Whilst in residence, they benefit from the amenities and service of a luxury hotel. 

The successful candidate will:

• Present and sell 47 Park Street membership in a professional, sophisticated and accurate manner to prospective Members
• Manage their book of business to maximise sales opportunities
• Be self-motivated, self-confident, charismatic, disciplined and dedicated

Our diverse Member base consists of international, well-educated, high-net worth individuals. The successful candidate must be able to communicate both written and verbally to prospective Members in a comfortable yet professional manner.  Previous selling experience of services is essential.  Prior ownership or operation of a business will be a distinct advantage.

This position provides considerable earnings potential, especially to high sales performers through a competitive and open-ended compensation plan.
