Job Title: - Self-Employed Sales Agent - OTE £25,000 (Uncapped Earning Potential)

ROLE DESCRIPTION

• Locations across the Northern Home Counties and East Anglia.
• Commission Only - Average earnings £25,000
• Uncapped earnings
• Flexible working hours to include regular weekend working

You will be responsible for selling our client's breakdown recovery in one of their retail sites. You will be responding to company provided sales leads, as well generating sales leads by networking, referrals and cold calling in order that you can sell a portfolio of products to the consumer market.

In addition to this, you will also be able to build strong relationships with potential and existing customers and maintain this to ensure that customer satisfaction is optimised.

Due to the nature of the role, flexibility to adapt working hours to meet with customer requirements is essential.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Whilst previous sales experience is desirable, your character, drive and determination to succeed are equally important.

Historically, applicants from a wide range of backgrounds including small business owners, retired military, taxi drivers and financial advisers have made a success of their own agency.

As you will be engaging with a variety of contacts, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition to this, you will be of smart appearance and have a professional approach.

As this is a field based, it is essential that you are self-motivated, hold a positive attitude and will strive for success.

Due to the nature of the role, you will hold a full UK driving licence.
