We are recruiting for a very prestigious hotel for an experienced gym membership consultant for a brand new property working within the hotel there are additional features including a state-of-the-art health and fitness club with over 70 pieces of top notch gym equipment including a full length pool, squash courts, spa, sauna and fitness studios. T

The facilities will also include the onsite cafe and beauty room which offers a variety of treatments for both men and women ranging from facials, manicures and pedicures to relaxing aromatherapy massages and detoxifying algae wraps. Our client prides its self on offering pristine facilities to its guests and members.

Your duties will include developing a sales action plan that will facilitate membership renewals and generation of new memberships, dealing with complaints and resolving issues, completing a daily walk round of the leisure club and sharing feedback with colleagues, offering members advice, input into promotions, taking membership details and inputting on the system, sending out feedback forms, making outbound calls to local businesses, taking payments and additional duties as per the job spec.

You will be working as part of a team and reporting into the Leisure Club Manager which means you will be responsible for your individual targets as well as playing an active part in the team targets working to the monthly and quarterly sales plan.

You will be working between 37.5 hours and 40 hours per week, although if you would prefer to work part time hours that is an option

This property has over 120 bedrooms, 7 conference rooms and multiple boardrooms

The successful candidate for this role will have a passion for fitness, have a proven track record in sales, have the ability to build a rapport, stay calm when working under pressure and be driven by results.
