This is an incredible opportunity to drive the commercial growth of a unique, rapidly growing and prestigious international brand.

The successful individual will be looking after relationships with retailers who are Nespresso vendors (department stores, electrical chains and independent retailers) and will have a number of key accountabilities including to:

  • Maximise sales through the retail channel through strong and long lasting professional relationships
  • Act as the guardian of and ambassador for the brand and its values
  • Engage and educate your retail contacts through delivery of convincing presentations and quality training
  • Ensure the perfect presentation of the brand in-store, through range negotiation with retailers, stock control, shelf presence of all SKUs listed and optimisation of merchandising
  • Drive growth through the implementation and control of promotional activity
    Be the key point of contact for clients in all retail relationship matters, resolving issues where appropriate

To be successful in this role you will possess the following qualities:

  • A demonstrable track record of success in an FMCG / luxury field sales role
  • Strong time management and ability to act autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills and a high degree of customer focus and commercial awareness
  • Ability to forge strong relationships with clients at all levels
  • The ability to use your quality of relationships to influence
  • A strong desire to achieve and exceed targets and to develop within a truly exciting and dynamic growth business
  • Detailed knowledge of Windows IT environment
  • A natural enthusiasm for the product and brand
