Hotel Deputy General Manager / Operations Manager   required for a 200 + bedroom , Internationally Branded Airport Hotel, based at London Gatwick Airport , West Sussex. .

  

Job Title:  HOTEL DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER / OPERATIONS MANAGER

  

Package:      Basic Salary of between £28 k and £30k dependent on experience + bonus ( 15%) + company benefits

           

  

Area / location: London / Gatwick / Gatwick Airport / West Sussex / RH6

JOB PURPOSE:   Manages the day to day   administration and financial control needs of the hotel to maximize             profitability and to ensure superior service and product quality is             maintained. Maximize Team performance and ensures the Hotel is the "SHOWROOM" to all prospective  guests and Public.

You will have Management supervisory responsibility for Rooms Manager , F & B Manager , Administration Manager , Reservations Manager , Head Chef and others.

Brief job description;

You will have  responsibility for running this 200 + bedroom hotel in all aspects of the business in conjunction with the General Manager.

You will need previous senior hotel management experience at this level or equivalent.

Strong man management and leadership skills.

Financially acute with good yield management.

Strong delegation and motivational skills.

Well organised, focussed and driven.

  

You will preferably come from a Hotel Rooms background or Senior Front office operational management role .

  

You may currently be in a Senior Guest Services manager role, or a Senior Front Office operational management role, or a Revenue Management role and now looking for your first move into Hotel Deputy General manager role.

Or you may be an existing Hotel General Manager or Deputy GM and are looking for a change and a new challenge.
