Job Description

This position is for someone with previous experience in organising events e.g conferences, roadshows, product launches and gala dinners.
This person should be able to work with a variety of accounts, build strong relationships and equally grow the account and business levels.

We are looking for an outgoing confident, team player, responsible for the Event Management process from initial concept, planning & development through to completion. Ensuring that projects are professionally delivered & deadlines are met.

Working with a diverse range of clients on a variety of different projects, the individual will act as the main point of contact for all enquiries and production activity. Solely responsible for pulling together all production elements and ensuring the relevant departments / suppliers are fully briefed.

The ideal candidate will have strong man management skills with the ability to lead teams, excellent communication skills, strong budget management and exceptional organisational skills.
A Minimum of 18 months working running events (ideally agency based) for audiences of 100 upwards and experience of managing budgets is essential.
A willingness to work unsociable hours and travel (UK /Europe) is a must.
