Our client is a well established provider of work wear, hygiene and matting solutions to the commercial sectors. Our client has an excellent reputation with exceptional dedication to customer satisfaction. Due to expansion they require a Customer Retentions Manager to work in their customer services department.
Candidates should have a proven track record in a Customer Retentions role within a similar or related service industry. The ability to work on one's own initiative is essential as is the ability to deliver the highest standards of customer services. Candidates are required to have an ability to sell further services and products, as well as being able to work in a senior capacity in the department overseeing a number of customer services representatives.
You will be the final line in customer query/ resolution, so a mature and capable attitude is required when dealing with difficult and complicated situations. This is an internal role, so it is essential that you will be able to commute to Horsham daily.
For the right candidate, this role will offer a salary dependant on experience. This is an opportunity to make a genuine difference in a rapidly expanding and previously successful organisation.
