To £32,000, plus 15% Bonus, plus Car and Benefits

The client is a multi-national market leader, which provides an extensive and integrated range of business technology solutions. Their brand is very strong, and they are well positioned in the market.

With ambitious plans to grow market share, the investment in and provision of training and development is a top priority across all disciplines, none less so than sales and business development.  Joining an established People Development Team, this field based position will provide high quality sales training, development, coaching and support to a large field based sales force spread throughout UK regions, along with internal sales and customer service teams in key locations. The successful candidate will combine delivery and coaching skills, and develop a portfolio of activities to maximise capability and engagement in personal development.  The role will liaise extensively with Operational and HR teams, and develop strong business relationships to ensure all L&D activity is aligned with business strategy.

The successful candidate will be experienced in creating and delivering sales training / coaching / development, likely gained within a large corporate business, and have operated at all levels within a coaching environment. Candidates will be comfortable with significant travel throughout the UK.
