The Role
Customer Service & Sales Agents
Acting as the focal point of contact for customers requesting information on financial planning advice. You will be dealing with inbound calls from customers regarding financial advice and assisting them with their queries. You will also be making appointments for regulated Financial Planning Managers to follow up on these queries. You will deliver excellent customer service to all customers and work to agreed SLAs

Experience/Qualifications
Ideally you will be from a call centre background within financial services, insurance or similar. With a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving successful results excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team are also required
LOCATION - Sunderland
SALARY - £13345 + bonus and benefits
