French & German Language speaking Customer Sales Consultants

FPSG are currently recruiting for Customer Sales Consultants for a well established organisation based just outside the Glasgow area. Their name is synonymous with an excellent working environment and great career prospects This is a fantastic opportunity to progress in an exciting and challenging sales career and join a market leader in their field.

The Role
Applicants should be fluent in both French and German languages and have excellent communication skills.
You will be responsible for identifying new business contacts and sales leads, generating sales quotes, managing orders, setting appointments and maintaining an in-house database. In this role you are working as a support agent for sales representatives based in a number of European countries Using your language skills you will ensure that you build and maintain strong relationships with clients in order to manage your accounts successfully, increase existing business and upsell additional products and services.

Essential Skills
French and German Language Speaker with fluent English
Exceptional telephone skills:
Able to establish instant rapport with customers
Communicate clearly and effectively by phone
First class listening skills, to catch all available customer insight
Previous experience of working to agreed Service Levels
Able to demonstrate strong written and oral skills within a customer environment
Able to demonstrate effective time management skills
Personal confidence and motivation


Salary: is negotiable circa 18k basic + fantastic OTE and benefits for the right candidate
