The Role

B2B Lead Generation Agent

Our client, a rapidly expanding outsourcing contact centre based in Glasgow City Centre, has an exciting opportunity for a sales focused individual to join their already well established team.
Initially offered on a temporary basis, the role will be offered on a permanent basis after the 3 month probation.

Working in a team of 10, and reporting directly to the Team Manager, you will be required to conduct business to business calls to generate leads for a mid market finance software solution. Collecting data to send eshots to prospective clients, you will be required to:

·Work with the team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
·Build rapport with customers, and create a need for the product
·Ensure sales pitch on every call is fully compliant
·Record all relevant information accurately on the customer database
·Work with your Team Leader to achieve your Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets
·Participate in on-going training to develop relevant knowledge and skills

Experience & Qualifications

It is essential that candidates possess the following:

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·Ability to deliver excellent customer satisfaction
·Ability to gather information from customers, and use this to close the sale
·Working as part of a team to achieve set objectives
·Good timekeeping and attendance

Coupled with this, the ideal candidate will also possess:

·Experience of working in a sales environment
·Experience in a contact centre environment
