Our extremely well-known client is looking for a Consumer Services Specialist with experience in customer services and customer account management. This is initially a 6 month contract but provides an excellent opportunity to have one of the largest names in the digital entertainment industry on your CV.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot customer account issues
- Communicate and apply penalties to consumer accounts
- Maintain excellent relationships with other areas of the business
- Assist in development and implementation of new policies
- Help ensure best practice within the team
Key Skills:
- Experience of customer services and consumer account management
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- MS Excel and Access proficiency
- Experience of the online gaming industry is highly desirable
