Customer Services Consultant & Sales Consultant, Peterborough - £12k
Client: Thomas Cook
Salary: £10,806 + shift allowance (up to £12,000)
Shifts Available:
Full Time Hours (Shift Rotation covering days, evenings and weekends)
Evenings - Part-Time Hours (4pm till 10pm or 6pm till 10pm, Mon Sun, 5/7 days)
Weekends - Part-Time Hours (Sat & Sun between 8am till 10pm)
You may have experience in the following roles: Customer Support, Travel Agent, Travel Services, Helpdesk Support, Customer Care, Call Centre Operative, Call Centre Agent, Contact Centre Agent, Sales Administrator, Administration Assistant, Sales Executive, Travel Sales Consultant, Travel Sales Executive, Field Sales Executive, Travel Agent, Sales Representative, Trainee Sales Consultant etc

There are currently 2 roles available in their Peterborough offices, 1) Customer Helpdesk Agent and 2) Sales Consultant.
1) CUSTOMER SERVICES CONSULTANT:
To provide excellent service and support to customers who are yet to travel and have booked their holidays through the sales centre and dotcom channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Working to KPIs and targets to ensure that inbound customer calls are answered quickly and dealt with efficiently and with the highest level of customer care.
b) To try to resolve call driven issues at the first point of customer contact
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) At least 1 year's experience in a customer care
b) High degrees of accuracy and strong communication skills.
2) SALES CONSULTANT:
To provide exceptional levels of customer service and achieve sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Meet and exceed all sales targets.
b) Attract and retain customers through the provision of excellent customer service.
c) Excellent communication skills, with both customers and colleagues.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Previously worked within a customer-focused environment.
b) P.C. knowledge.
