Field Sales Executive Horsham

The Role

 

We are looking for a committed, determined Sales Professional to join a highly successful team. Covering the Sussex area, this role is 100% field based comprising part account management and part new business.  Key duties and responsibilities will include:

 

• The sale of company products and services to a diverse customer base, maximising cross and up selling opportunities to increase growth and profitability.
• Managing an existing client base to build successful, long term relationships, enabling maximum penetration to optimise product range and volume.
• Effective territory planning including targeting new customers by sourcing and qualifying leads to introduce the companys products to businesses in your region.
• Elevating and promoting the full range of company products throughout your customer base.

 

The Candidate

 

To succeed in this role, the successful candidate will be an ambitious sales professional with an entrepreneurial flair and the following attributes and experience:

 

• A proven track record of success, specifically within a business to business environment.
• Evidence of notable business wins with both new and existing customers.
• Excellent relationship building skills demonstrating effective long-term account management ability.
• The ability to identify, understand and provide a solution for your customers needs.
• Strong motivation, combined with the desire to go the extra mile for their customers.
• A good decision-maker with the ability to demonstrate a high level of self motivation and initiative. 
• Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to deliver successfully against targets.
