THE ROLE:
This Senior Field Sales Executive/Business Development Manager position in the South East will involve selling a range of automatic door systems and steel door systems and service contracts to National Retailers, National Banks, Hospitals, Airports, Local Authorities, Commercial Businesses Architects, Contractors, as well as many more throughout a UK sales territory, and will require that your sales, new business and account management capabilities are first class. Reporting directly to the Sales & Managing Director, you are fully responsible for hitting all your targets for the sales area.

THE CANDIDATE:
· Proven successful track record in a recent business to business sales position.
· Must have at least 2 years recent business to business field sales experience, within the construction market, with specification sales experience.
· Excellent rapport building and account management skills.
· Strong sales background.
· Excellent networking & negotiation skills.
· Bright.
· Success orientated.
· Ambitious with an eye on the future.
· A proactive initiative taker.
· Excellent negotiator.
Commission: £55,000 excellent 1st year OTE Uncapped!!!
