Sales Development Manager Facilities & Property Management Solution Sales
JOB TITLE: Sales Development Manager.
AREA: Midlands.
BASED: Midlands.
BASIC: £38K - £40K, up to £45K for those with FM sales experience.
OTE: £10K - £15K.
BENEFITS: Car or car allowance, mobile, laptop, 23 day's holiday, contributory pension scheme, life insurance and expense account.
THE ROLE
·If you are looking for a step up in your career then this is the ideal opportunity for you to work as a Sales Development Manager selling facilities / property management / mechanical and electrical services management to the commercial market.
·The Sales Development Manager will be responding to tenders and submitting proposals for projects whose value range from £100K to £5million.
·This role is very autonomous in nature and the Sales Development Manager will manage his or her time as he or she sees fit.
·The Sales Development Manager will receive substantial internal sales support and have your own marketing budget to control.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·This company is looking for a strategic business developer with experience of selling facilities management, building management or mechanical and electrical maintenance services to large or blue chip clients.
·The successful applicant must be credible, articulate and comfortable presenting at board level.
·Candidates with a demonstrable track record that are looking to both further their career and earnings would be sought for this position.
Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
