European Business Manager - Flooring Solutions

THE ROLE:
Our client is a leading designer and manufacturer of flooring solutions for use within a range of market sectors inclusive of rail, bus, coaches and marine. With a range of innovative products they are at the forefront of development, a significant growth strategy has created the need to appoint a European Business Manager to capitalise on their existing relationships and develop new business opportunities with a particular focus on the transportation market throughout the UK and Europe. Your role will be to develop and execute business plans at all levels, working with OEM's, operators and distributors to develop and implement the appropriate business strategies and establish and maintain relationships with all key influencers and decision makers. An exceptional communicator and diplomatic negotiator you will possess the ability to develop excellent relationships and have a demonstrable track record of success in developing and maximizing business within Europe.
THE COMPANY:
Leading award winning and well respected manufacturer of floor coverings, with over 70 years experience in the manufacture, design and installation of flooring systems with an excellent backup, support team and reputation in the industry.
THE CANDIDATE:
·German language (spoken and written) highly preferred.
·Extensive sales / key account management experience.
·Related market / industry knowledge.
·Strategic business development and management approach and experience.
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 Basic
Commission - competitive bonus structure
Benefits - fully expensed car + health + pension + usual executive benefits.
